A little more about me...
Along my journey, I became obsessed with figuring out how to actually love yourself, how to upgrade your identity and thereby your reality and how to have a healthy and intoxicating relationship
No big feat :D
However, after much trial and error, I do believe I have succeeded
I dived into Quantum Physics, Epigenetics, Law of Attraction, Psychology, Love Languages, Erotic Blueprints, Energy Healing, Religion, Spirituality and so on..
It's been a wild ride BUT alas, I have zero regrets, even the dark nights where it felt like I'd never get back up.....
I have realized we are creating our realities, experiences and relationships from an internal projector of our own beliefs.
We are creating our reality to prove something to us …
Let that land.
Do you need to believe you aren’t lovable and that people leave you?
That you have to ignore your needs and over please in order to be accepted?
That love feels like pain?
because I did …. And I know I’m not alone.
That was what I believed but the hard part is …. I didn’t know I believed that!
So I was looking around like what the fuck is going on and feeling a lot like a victim.
And there were a bunch of other sub beliefs that were running the show that frankly needed to be switched off because no thank you, I wanted off the damn ride...
Everything changed when I realized I had to pass levels to upgrade, so to speak
I learned life was happening FOR me not TO me!
It’s a gift to see what’s been playing on your brains tape recorder but the whole point is to see it and then UPGRADE.
Not re-live in on bloody repeat. And I’d love to help you get off repeat mode.
Not to stay in 20 years worth of abusive relationships.
Me again … sigh
Needless to say, I’ve put in my time and now the fun part-
I am raising my beautiful children and I found my true love AND...
I get to be Sherri Godmother.
I’ve always loved fairies and teaching and hey, they kinda fit
Having a sense of humour, albeit a dark one at times, got me through some of the hardest breakdowns and spirals.
Together we will go on a healing journey. We will laugh, we will cry.
We will curl into a ball at times.
But we will get back up.
We will dance and will step into our power.
That I promise you.
