After enduring sexual abuse and abandonment as a child, I grew into an adult that tolerated physical and verbal abuse in partnership; tried to shine harder, prove my worth, cut myself,  shifted in and out of depression and chronic illness, until I shifted from attracting and creating from my subconscious-wound mind, to my conscious, healed mind.

Today, I cannot wait to get out of bed and am the version of myself that I knew lived somewhere inside me all along and was just waiting to be released.
